Hello!
My name is Alex and I am from London in England. I have not been in Japan for
very long but already I think it is an amazing place to live. I am a very
energetic and creative person who enjoys meeting new students and teaching
English. I teach a mixture of conversation, listening, and grammar skills so
you will find my lessons very interesting and fun! When I am not busy teaching,
I like to make films and take photographs. This is a great hobby to have in
Japan because it is such a beautiful country. I also enjoy playing soccer and
listening to music.
I hope to see you in my classes at ＩＶＹ very soon!

Hey! I'm Ryan. I'm from the USA, So I speak American English. I've been
in Japan for about four years in total. I've lived in Hiroshima, Okayama,
and Osaka prefectures. I really like Osaka!
I like to have fun and teach at the same time.
I also like long-distance bicycle rides, exploring, cooking, movies, traveling,
international relations, social issues, meeting new people, a few popular
TV shows, going out with friends, and listening to original music.

Hi! My name is Shannon. I teach at IVY on Tuesdays and Wednesdays evenings.
I am 27 yeas old. I was born in Vancouver, Canada, but I grew up in Newfoundland.
It is an island on the east coast of Canada. I have been living in Japan
for 3 years. I love Kansai! Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe are my favorite cities.
My hobbies are drawing, painting, listening to music and travelling. I
also love swimming and hiking.

Hi, I'm Jeremy.
I've been in Osaka for about 6 years. It's great!!! I enjoy cycling, swimming,
going out with friends, travelling around Japan as much as possible, and
of course relaxing! My family is mostly in Jamaica but I grew up in New
Zealand. I'm looking forward to having some creative and fun classes with

Hi,I'm Andy! I'm half English half Australian, so I use British English.
I teach at IVY on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I love to travel and
live in foreign countries and experience other cultures.
On my days off, I like to keep fit so I go cycling or workout at the gym,
and for fun I play the guiter, go out for meals and exchange language with
some Japanese friends. I look forward to meeting you all and helping you
